Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TableSense (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Services.

Accounts & Workspaces

• Admins are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
• You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to create and manage your restaurant workspace.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your workspace, including orders and content you or your staff submit.

Use of the Services

• You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate others’ rights, or to interfere with normal operation.
• You may not attempt to access non‑public areas, reverse engineer components, or bypass security or rate limits.
• You are responsible for ensuring your menu, pricing, taxes, and service charges are accurate and compliant with applicable laws.

Orders, Payments, and Receipts

The Services facilitate orders and generate receipts based on your configuration. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a payment processor and do not handle funds. You are responsible for any payment processing arrangements and for complying with applicable laws and regulations related to sales, taxes, and service charges.

Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content (e.g., restaurant name, logo, menu items) and grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of providing the Services.
• The Services, including software and design, are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

Third‑Party Services

We may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., Supabase for data and auth; Google for OAuth). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as outlined there.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms or we suspect misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your place of business or, if none is specified, the jurisdiction in which we are organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
